The Castle is completely built with cutting stones; the roof is in slate with attractive turrets and a bell-tower. The Castle with its outbuildings were renewed in 1998, luxuriously restored and fitted out inside. Access roads and perimeter around the castle were reshaped.

The Château (castle) itself is a pure 19th Century.

It was built in 1872 of its early constructionby the end of Napoleon III.
The oldest outbuilding was built in the middleof the 17th century.

The object is lived, managed and waited permanently. Therefore the Castle is, including roofs, in a technically good condition.

Under the first floor, the castle is fully built on one level ; Half built in garden level and other half buried.
More than a half looks directly onto the park with fours doors and the other parts are cellars.

The Chapel inside the castle was consecrated in 1903 by the pope Leo III.

The library consists of wall furniture in massive oak with opened and closed sets of shelves. This place is also used as music and TV room

The castle has two kitchens. One was developed on the first floor and was provided with modern equipments and more technically fitted out. This kitchen is used regularly as it is near the living-room and the dining-room. The other one, a very large one, is in the garden-level and at the moment in complete renovation.

In the castle there are four baths (two are fitted out with high-quality tiles and new, noble sanitary equipment) and one new shower-room and four toilets (dresses); Two with high-quality equipment.

On the property well-kept and completely closed with a size of about 220.000 m² (22 hectares), half is covered with old stock of trees.
On the remaining ground are the Castle, meadows, lawns, paddocks, ponds and annexes. The outbuildings consisting of stables,

The Castle disposes of wonderfully swung natural stone in good condition which are still got in the original.

The predominant number of the living-rooms is fitted out with beautiful old oak parquet and even with old cherry tree wood parquet. In some areas there are rocky grounds or ceramics grounds.

In all living-rooms high-quality net curtains adorn the windows. The reception rooms are covered with high-quality woodwork from old noble oak. Partly are finely decorated with broadminded gold leaf inserts.

In the Castle they are about 10 fire-places which are held mainly in marble. The windows were renewed in 1998.

Central Heating

The Château disposes of a separate oil-fired central heating.
In the living-rooms there are radiators with thermostat valves. The reception hall is warmed by air vent on the ground. The temperature regulation takes place by means of thermostat.
A separate oil-fired central heating heats the annexes.
The rooms are also fitted out with radiators. Also here the temperature regulation takes place by means of thermostat.

The consumption of energy is low according to the mild climate.

Electricity supply

The property is connected to the public electricity supply system, however, disposes also of own electricity supply by means of current generator. Towards Germany, France has very low current prices.

Water supply
The property is connected with the water to the public potable water supply but it also disposes of own water supply by own drilling. The water is promoted from very big depth (about 125m). It has a very high drinking water quality. Like the near terms La Roche Posay.

Drainage
By means of modern soakaway arrangement (tank) the Entwässrung is guaranteed. The tanks are emptied all 2-3 years, by means of tank car.
